The following is our planned schedule for the week's activities! Times and dates for seminars and other activities will be penciled in as plans are finalized

2008 National Rally - Mitchell RV Resort - Perrin, Texas
Sunday, July 20th to Saturday, July 26th


SUNDAY - JULY 20TH
12:00pm: Arrive and set up
06:00pm: Welcome Supper in the Grand Maple Hall
07:00pm: "Old West" Rodeo

MONDAY - JULY 21ST
09:00am: On your own day: fishing & boating at Mineral Wells State Park or shopping trip to Weatherford
09:00am Children's activity
10:30am Childen's "Old West Play" practice
01:00pm: Texas Hold 'Em Tournament - Part I
02:00pm: Children's activity
03:00pm: Seminar - Brazels UltraPower
06:00pm: Grill Out Night- bring your meat to grill and one side dish
07:00pm: Children's Activity
08:00pm: Movie "Oulaw Justice" and popcorn Night

TUESDAY - JULY 22ND

09:00am - Catered Breakfast

10:00am: Texas Hold’em Tournament – Part II
10:00am: Golf Tournament
10:00am: Chidren's Activity
10:00am: Tour of Wildcatter Ranch
11:00am: Children’s play practice
11:00am: iRV2 Website & Computer Maintenance Seminar
03:00pm: Adult "The Wad" activity
04:30pm: Children's Game Time
06:00pm: Sandwich & Snack Smorgasborg - bring a plate of sandwiches or snacks
06:30pm: Allen Hurt and "Heart of Texas" band. Allen is a member of the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee

WEDNESDAY - JULY 23RD
09:00am Tour the area day
There will be sign ups posted before the rally to caravan to the various area places. We need drivers as there are those without vehicles to go.

8:00pm - iRV2.com Karaoke Night


THURSDAY - JULY 24TH
09:00am Flap Jack Breakfast cooked up by the Texas Boomers
10:00am: "Cloud Buster" Kite Flying Contest
01:00pm: Annual Raffle Fun-Fund Raiser
05:00pm: Potluck Supper
07:00pm: Children's Presentation at the Outdoor Theatre - "Doc Holiday" Old West Play
08:00pm: Ice Cream Social (the likes you've never seen before!!!!)

FRIDAY - JULY 25TH
09:00am Potluck Breakfast
10:00am Annual Meeting
10:30am Children's Activity "Cheetoes & Whipped Cream"
11:00am Moderators Meeting
02:00pm North Texas Square Dancers Association
06:30pm Catered Supper
08:00pm "Elvis" arrives in the building

SATURDAY - JULY 26TH

They are pancakes north o'the Mason-Dixon line, but out here in the "real west" they be known as flappin' jacks....flapjacks for short!

We are never in more than one place.. intentionally.. and we plan on that place being the IRV2 Rally.. Google sez it's 1399 miles but we should be able to streach it to 1500 or better..
