Another vote for the Weber Q 100 (formerly the Baby Q). Cast iron grate, I have a quick connect on my main propane tank with a 12' hose so I don't have to worry about the little bottles.

We use the 20# gas tank adaptor on our Baby Q when in camp and the little blue bottles when hauling it to parties at the park or at the beach.

We just today bought our second Thermos Tabletop grill in 4 years. $25 and it works very well. I do recommend drilling a i/2-3/4 hole in the front to accomodate a butane lighter probe. Grill isn't non stick but is easy to brush clean.
