Warpath is the founder of IRV2.COM. So you could say he is "Da MAN" behind it all.

Bob came along a couple years ago. So he is the new kid on the block so to speak. Big Wink (Acts like one too from time to time Thumbs Up )

Bill and I didn't "buy" iRV2 as Bill is the founder of iRV2.
At that time there were several other "admin" members that came on board at Bill's request...DriVer and Hitchhiker still serve as active "admin" members today but "RversRus" has been moved to "Administrator Emeritus" status based on he and his wife's decision to travel more and be less active on the internet.
These administrators were instrumental, along with Bill (Warpath) with forming the firm foundation that iRV2 sits on today.
Based on a conversation Bill and I had several years ago I guess now, (would have to get you the date...), and based on my desire to see iRV2 grow, I became financially involved in the ownership aspect of the site.
I had been active as a Winnebago moderator and decided to call Bill one day and chat about the future of iRV2 and whether or not there was anything I could do to help.
An entry in my checkbook,a marriage and a lot of sweat, tears and hard work later, I think we're well on the way to making iRV2 one of the best resources on the web for the RV'er.

We appreciate each and every one of you that visit this site and hope we're always doing the things to keep you coming back.

Bob

I guess that I qualify as one of the early posters on this forum. I also was at an irv2 rally at the KOA in Niagara Falls with Warpath,George, and a few others. Think it was in May 01???

Very interesting. We have the old sticker and the new sticker on our rig. However the old one is a replacement that I got from someone since the original old sticker went away with an old rig. I kind of liked the visual history of displaying both stickers. I think our first rally was the first national rally in Myrtle Beach. It seems like a long time ago and we have made some wonderful friends here. Thanks Bill and thanks Bob for joining on and keeping things going!
Oh my gosh, now that Al is retired, he's gotten ahead of me with the number of posts.

We were some of the original members but I changed email addresses a few years ago and couldn't get my membership to stay the same (my computer skills at it's best) so had to re-register. We have the original sticker as well.

We attended the very first Texa Boomer Rally at Sea Rim State Park in April 2001 (or maybe 2000)with only 4 families attending. That was before the current Texas Boomers organized and became so active. I don't think any of the original 4 families are active with the current group but I may be wrong.
