We are currently staying in Williams AZ and had the chance to take the kids to Slide Rock State Park near Sedona. This place is a natural water park for the kids to cool off and have fun.
A beautiful setting in Oak Creek Canyon we enjoyed the scenery as the kids had a ball jumping off the rocks into the deep pools of cool water. I don't know how we are going to get them to do anything else all I hear now is how they want to go back. If you have kids and are camping this area this is a must do they will never forget the experience. Jim & Toni 2007 Gulf Stream Independence 8357 2004 Jeep Liberty |

It's also commonly closed because too many people pollute the water. The local news will let you know if it's unsafe to swim there. A very popular place when the temps get warm.
