If you ever find yourself going up or down I5 through south central Oregon, you owe it to yourself to stop at the Seven Feathers Resort in Canyonville Oregon. This is simply the best RV park we have ever been in. The amenities are first class and the layout of the hook ups is top notch. Whoever planned this place really knew what they were doing. After our Good Sam discount and the players club card discount (yes, there is a casino here) the cost was $28 per night. You can't beat that with a stick.

I couldn't agree with Craig more. We spent a week there last month just because it was so nice. We heard about it while staying at Outdoor Resorts Newport, Oregon where RV lots sell for up to $300K. The people there told us 7 Feathers was just as nice and they were right!
Everything was first class and we usually had the indoor pool, spa and fitness center all to ourselves. Don't forget to take advantage of the meal specials at the casino too. Great steak dinner for $6.95 and two petite lobster tails for $12.95.

I did, however, have a bit of trouble with the hookups. For some reason, on their back in sites, they put the electrical and water on the front half of the site and it required all of my electrical cord to reach the 50 amp. It does feel silly complaining about this though but it was strange because everything else is so well thought out.

WOW!!! You actually think $28 dollars a nits is a good deal??? Guess we are in different leagues. What I think of as a good deal is more like $14 a night, or heck with my wifes Golden age passport $7 a night is a good deal. I guess the big problem is that there are a lot of baby boomers with way too much money to spend, so all these classy resorts are popping up to suck some of that money out of them. Heck, I remember when that place in Newport was open to the public and you could get a place for the weekend for about $15 a night and I thought that was pretty high.

450Donn; not sure why you view baby boomers as "the big problem" and I don't think "too much money to spend" is a problem either Cool
