Howdy Tcloud7,

Sorry I didn't catch your question earlier.

You are correct about only having to run two wires. Each sensor has a black wire and a blue wire. Since the wiring is all in parallel, you connect all the blue wires together and the black wires together. The black wires also connect to ground either at the sensor locations or back at the display panel.

I found it fairly easy to run new wiring to the tanks since there usually exists a wiring chase in the motorhome that runs from the tank locations to the one place panel. If you think about it, the OEM manufacturer had to run wires from the old sensors to the old display panel so you most likely can follow the same wiring route.

Concerning your freshwater tank, do you have access to the top of the tank from within one of the storage compartments? Our wiring for the old freshwater tank was viewable once I crawled inside the storage compartment. You may also be able to access the freshwater tank by removing the small metal panel that surrounds the drain outlet for the freswater tank.

It looks like your freshwater tank is setup different than ours. In your picture, the cable operated valve and drain are the same as ours on the Journey, except our valve is located inside the water tank steel cover. There is a small panel that is removable at the drain elbow which covers the drain valve.

I think a phone call to Winnebago is going to be your best course of action. Be sure to let us know how you eventually get access to the tank.

Thanks Joe for Posting that pic. I called Winne I was told that I have to drop the tank and pry the metel a part that you see in the Pic above. When its warmer I will see what I can do. When I do, do it I will make the access door Winne should have made in the first place.
I will be touring the factory next year and I will let them come and check it out.
I gould just cut into the metel, but I don't know if I would be cuting into the tank or the foam.

Thanks Tcloud

Thanks Joe
