* 3. SO# (Last 6 digits of chassis VIN)
* 4. VIN# (17 Characters and starts with 4VZ or 4S7)
* 5. Current Mileage
* 6. Date of Purchase

Most, if not all USA toll free numbers do not work from Canada.

Their direct dial number should work for you.

Thanks Dirk! Now that I'm looking at these toll free numbers, maybe its the 866 ones that do work for U.S & not the 800's. Cheers, Colleen.

There is no difference between toll free number prefixes.

When we ran out of 800 numbers, we went to 888, then 877, 866, etc.

Of course there are always exceptions to the rules, and some toll free numbers may work for you.
