I notice 2 ''slots'' in the center cap area. I tried the way you take a hub cap off..I dont wish to damage them. That's why im asking on here ..

On mine you have to remove the lug nuts first. Might consider taking the rig to a tire shop unless you have the proper tools etc.

Depends on the brand of wheel cover/insert. Last rig I had with them, the center piece was unbolted from the inside after the liner was removed. Have to take off the lug nuts first, as jhlady said.
