Please welcome our newest sponsor to the iRV2 forums, Lichtsinn Motors of Forest City Iowa, the home of Winnebago Industries.

Located in the heart of Forest City, IA, Lichtsinn Motors has been welcoming patrons for many years.

Lichtsinn Motors, a Winnebago, Itasca and GM Dealer in Forest City, Iowa is proud to be an IRV2 Sponsor. Being only one mile from Winnebago, Lichtsinn Motors is the closest dealer to the factory, and currently is Winnebago’s 3rd largest Winnebago Dealer and 5th largest Itasca Dealer.

Lichtsinn Motors was established in 1976 and is a family owned and operated business. Lichtsinn Motors sells Motor Homes to people across the country and even throughout the world. Beyond being extremely affordable in price, they offer several other important “intangibles” to their customers. New units have no delivery miles which protects them from delivery driver use as they live in the RV’s during transportation to other dealerships or tow their own personal vehicles during the engine break-in period. Being “out of state” for many of their customers, Lichtsinn Motors prides itself in making the sales process as simple and smooth as possible.

Your hosts at Lichtsinn Motors, Hope and Ron Lichtsinn

After the sale, Lichtsinn Motors has very experienced Service and RV Parts departments which work closely with Winnebago and are very resourceful in finding the correct service and parts for their customers. The Parts Department offers same day shipping on in-stock parts to anywhere in the country.

Lichtsinn Motors is proud to be a Winnebago Circle of Excellence Dealer each year consecutively since 1994. This award acknowledges those dealers that exceed Winnebago’s training and customer service standards. Lichtsinn Motors is also proud to be a member of the Winnebago and Itasca Travelers Club (WIT) and the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA.)

Lichtsinn Motors RV Sales Staff are proud recipients of the Circle of Excellence dealer award.

Lichtsinn Motors has over 14 acres of product and has been recognized as the #1 Motor Home Dealer in Iowa since 2002. Lichtsinn Motors also prides itself in its community involvement and gives back on both local and national levels to such causes as The American Cancer Society and Hospice. Visit Lichtsinn Motors 24 Hours a day at Lichtsinn Motors.com

Hope & Ron Lichtsinn;

Welcome to IRV2 & thank you for being a sponsor. I am familiar with your dealership as I order Winnebago parts from you as the need arises. Bev & I have visited your dealership on a couple of occasions while passing through Forest City. I have a burning desire to own a UFO. My DW so far has been able to keep the fire under control. She loves the floor plan on our 03 Chieftain so much she won't let me trade until I find a floor plan like it.

Ron it would be great if you or one of your staff would join us on the Winnebago Chat on Tuesday nights 9 PM EST. We would certainly give you a warm welcome. Big Hand

Don

I am delighted to see Lichtsinn as a sponsor -- I have just ordered a new Winnebago Tour from them and can vouch for the excellent sales assistance and knowledgeable folks. Great people to work with.

Welcome! While I didnt buy the Itasca Navion, I did visit the dealership twice and would say the place is top drawer for friendly, helpful sales staff. If I win the lotto I will be back for the Navion!

Welcome Lichtsinn Motors to irv2. Wave
I think its in the best interest for members to have access to Dealers of their products and that Dealers are in the mix with all concerned in dealing with MFG'S of our MH's. Nod
I have seen your posts in helping some concerns of members, if some Dealers were up front as your Dealership maybe we all would have less problems coming from MFG's. Dealerships should not have to be the one to solve some of the consistant problems coming from MFG's.
Thank you for your sponsorship. Thumbs Up

Welcome to IRv2 Lichtsinn Motors. I purchased my 2004 Winnebago Adventurer from you in Sep 2004. I was treated very well there and you corrected all problems before the unit left your lot. Everything went very smoothly including trading in my Rv to financing of new one. They also have hookups were you can move your stuff from one coach too another plus stay overnight if need be.
We dealt with Ron Lichtsinn Senior and can't say enough about the man and his dealership. Lastly my new Rv only had 35 miles on it.
Again Lichtsinn welcome Party
